Our Commitment
Vegas Luxe Photo Booth is committed to making its website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone planning an event in Las Vegas should be able to browse our services, understand our pricing, and reach us without barriers.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the site regularly and fix issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.
Conformance Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), are the standard most widely referenced for web accessibility.
This site is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. “Partially conformant” means most of the site meets the standard, and we are actively working to resolve the areas that do not yet fully meet it (see Known Limitations below).
What We Have Done
Steps we have taken to make this website more accessible include:
• Text alternatives (alt text) for images so their meaning is available to screen-reader users. • Semantic HTML structure with proper landmarks and a logical heading order on every page. • A color palette checked against the WCAG AA 4.5:1 contrast minimum for readable text. • Full keyboard operability, so the site can be used without a mouse. • Respect for the “reduce motion” setting — animations are minimized or removed when your device requests it. • Descriptive page titles, and a declared page language for screen readers. • Responsive layouts that reflow cleanly when text or the browser is zoomed.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible:
Booking form: Our quote and inquiry form is provided by a third party, HoneyBook, and is embedded on our Contact page. Because it is served by an outside provider, we do not control its internal accessibility. If you have any difficulty using the form, please use the phone or email options below — we are always happy to take your booking directly.
Background video: Some pages use muted, decorative background video. It carries no essential information, and the page content is fully usable without it.
