Terms of Service

By booking our services, submitting an inquiry, or using the vegasluxephotobooth.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Vegas Luxe Photo Booth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer (typically 25–50% of the total package price, as specified in your quote). The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your event date.

For bookings made within 14 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payments processed through third-party platforms (e.g., HoneyBook) are subject to their processing terms.

Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to change until a retainer is received.

Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they reserve your date exclusively and compensate for planning and preparation work performed on your behalf.

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event: retainer is forfeited; no further balance is due.

Cancellations made 14–29 days before the event: 50% of the remaining balance is due.

Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event: 100% of the total package price is due.

Rescheduling is permitted once at no charge, subject to availability, if requested at least 21 days before the original event date. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a fee.

In the event we are unable to fulfill your booking due to circumstances within our control, we will issue a full refund of all payments received, which is our sole liability in such cases.

You are responsible for ensuring that our staff and equipment have safe, unobstructed access to the setup area at the time specified in your contract. Delays caused by venue or client-side issues that result in reduced event time will not be compensated.

The client is responsible for the conduct of event guests when using our equipment. Willful damage, misuse, or vandalism of our equipment by guests will be billed to the client at replacement cost.

Our team reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue the event without refund if guests behave in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or creates an unsafe environment for our staff.

We maintain and transport all equipment to the highest standard. In the rare event of equipment failure, we will make every reasonable effort to repair or replace the affected component. If we are unable to provide any service as a result, our liability is limited to a pro-rated refund for the time the service was unavailable.

Vegas Luxe Photo Booth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, missed photo opportunities, or event disruption caused by factors outside our control (including but not limited to power outages, venue restrictions, or acts of God).

Our total aggregate liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific event in question.

By booking our services, you grant Vegas Luxe Photo Booth a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photos and videos captured at your event for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

We will never sell your images or videos to third parties. If you prefer complete confidentiality, please notify us in writing before your event date and we will honor that request at no additional charge.

All digital deliverables (prints, digital files, GIFs, boomerangs, or video clips) are provided for personal use. Commercial redistribution or resale of deliverables without our written consent is prohibited.

All content on the vegasluxephotobooth.com website — including text, images, videos, logos, and design — is the property of Vegas Luxe Photo Booth and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by reaching out to us directly.
