What actually creates the glam look?
Three things working together: soft, even studio lighting with no harsh shadow, a black-and-white conversion, and a light skin-smoothing pass. It is a lighting setup first and a filter second, which is why a phone filter alone never quite reproduces it.
Is glam only for weddings?
No. It is the strongest choice for any event where guests dressed up — galas, awards nights, milestone birthdays, and upscale corporate receptions all photograph beautifully in it. The reason it spread from weddings is simply that it flatters everyone, which matters more as the guest list gets older and more formal.
Does it work on all skin tones?
